No Return Policy – Hunny Gajak & Namkeen

At Hunny Gajak & Namkeen, all our products are freshly prepared and packed with care. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

1. No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns for any snacks, sweets, namkeen, or food products once delivered.
All sales are final.

2. No Return for Opened or Used Products

Products that are opened, used, tasted, or not in original condition will not be accepted under any condition.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product (Only Exception)

We accept complaints only if:

(i) The product arrives damaged,

(ii) You receive the wrong item, or

(iii) Any item is missing.

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We may offer a replacement or store credit—not a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation because our products are prepared fresh immediately.
